Faye could not have been more perfect. She truly goes out of her way to get to know her couples. I mentioned to her that I was anxious about reading my vows in front of everyone, and she went above and beyond to calm and reassure me multiple times on the day. I don't think she even realised how much she helped me. She dabbed my tears so my makeup wouldn’t be ruined, held our snotty tissues (!), and even hand fed me a breakfast bar to make sure I'd eaten before the ceremony! So many of our guests commented on how amazing she was. Our ceremony was truly beautiful, and that was all thanks to Faye. Where to start, if you’re looking for a celebrant Faye is without a doubt who you should be booking. From initial enquiry right through to our wedding day she was fantastic. In the run up to our wedding we had a challenge where we had to try and incorporate the legal side all on one day (which isn’t what we’d initially planned) and Faye was so unbelievably supportive throughout, talked me through what was possible and promised that it wouldn’t detract from the ceremony she would lead and remained an advocate for both of us. I knew I could trust her implicitly, and our ceremony was everything we could have ever wanted. Several guests commented afterwards how beautiful it was having openly admitted normally it’s their least favourite part of a wedding. Faye conducted our wedding ceremony in June 2025 and was the best. She covered all the little details from prep talking the bridal party, ensuring the readers felt comfortable and confident. Watching Faye at work was nothing short of emotional; I have been lucky enough to watch Faye at many of my friends weddings and she has bought romance and thoughtfulness to each ceremony. Her work is completely bespoke; her focus and dedication to each couple is apparent. We cannot recommend Faye highly enough. We knew we wanted something different and bespoke for our ceremony, and Faye was able to provide exactly that and more. The whole experience was special from the initial call, to the in-person meeting, the date night box, the reveal, and the big day. Faye has a natural warmth and nurturing that put us completed at ease on our wedding day, and her script was so well received by our guests. Well… where to start!! It’s safe to say, at the start of the wedding planning process we were your typical run of the mill wedding planning couple, we thought… let’s keep it straightforward, one legal wedding, let’s not mess around with any duplicate ceremonies. About 6 months after booking our wedding, there were a few things that made me think, perhaps this isn’t the right thing for us. After a couple of GnT’s and a night of googling I was sold. The thought of having some random person from the council turn up to marry us was something that I could no longer comprehend. Every single person for your wedding is meticulously chosen, your photographer, your venue and your entertainment… it just made no sense that the person who actually marries you (the point of the whole day) was someone who’s never met you, doesn’t know you or your story. My then fiancé was skeptical at first, however it’s safe to say after just 10 minutes of talking to Faye, he was sold. Faye just got us, and honestly felt like another family member from the outset. She made such a effort to get to know all of our nearest and dearest friends and family, as well as our story, and how we ended up here. From her coming to meet us at our home, to our date night box and script reading, everything felt so so personal and perfect. The care, attention and detail that she took in crafting our perfect, most personal, ceremony is something we can’t thank her enough for. We received so so many comments from all our guests about how lovely it was - even from those who previously expected us to get married in a church!! The script she created was so so perfect and mentioned everyone who was important to us in the most perfect way. Faye has such a beautiful way with words it’s really beyond anything we could of ever imagined. On the day itself, our wedding morning was a bit of a fluster of threats of rain, road closures and delayed timelines, but it’s safe to say that from the moment Faye arrived, everything was cool, calm and under control. She welcomed all of our guests beautifully and directed the beginning of the ceremony seamlessly. Our ribbon fasting was such a beautiful touch that all of our guests loved, we can’t wait to hang it on our headboard. Having worked in the industry for over 12 years I have listened to A LOT of ceremonies and although I have known and worked with Faye for a long time and knew how good she was I honestly expected to feel as though it was just like listening to another ceremony. Ohhhhhhh was I wrong! Faye took so much time to get to know us, not just as a couple but as a family. The script reveal had me in tears within just a few seconds and the words she put together were just so so meaningful and individual to us. Faye has the patience of a saint even with my severe awkwardness,  last minute requests and changes and took so much time and care in including not only our children in the ceremony but also included those who are no longer with us which was incredibly important to us. Needless to say there wasn't a dry eye in the place and so many of our guests have made comments about what a beautiful and unique ceremony it was.
